he Jellyfish Nebula (IC 443) is a supernova remnant located about 5,000 light-years away in the constellation Gemini. It is the remnants of a star that exploded in a supernova, creating a complex, filamentary structure resembling a jellyfish. The nebula spans about 50 light-years and is characterized by its glowing gas and dust, which are energized by the shock waves from the supernova explosion. The nebula also contains a pulsar, the dense core of the exploded star, which emits rapid pulses of radiation.
